The second time, the therapist kept trying to invalidate my feelings and experiences the entire time and said if I wasn’t officially diagnosed with anxiety then I don’t have it. It really is a hit or miss with Betterhelp, but I can vouch that there are definitely good ones out there, that take the time to meet you on a weekly basis regardless of the holidays. Consider it a learning experience and treat yourself kindly. However, I have a friend who has been long term in therapy with a clinical social worker and she Loves her!
